Shipping and Returns Policy


Most orders for in-stock merchandise are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, excluding holidays. Most orders are delivered 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available in most cases, depending on delivery address and the shipping company. Some methods may not be applicable to your shipping area. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Singapore holidays.

Shipping is currently offered to Singapore addresses. Interested International buyers are free to browse our website and contact us for purchases. You can either contact us directly via our contact page or simply email us at We will contact you within 24 hours.


Our transportation partners do not deliver to PO boxes. If you place an order with a PO Box in the shipping address field, your order will be placed on hold and we will contact you via phone or email for a new address.


If you live outside Singapore and would like to make a purchase, please contact us directly at for discussion.


Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.


Please confirm your purchase before you hit the submit button as there will strictly be NO cancellation after hitting the submit button. Once you hit submit, your order cannot be changed online.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept an exchange within 14 days of purchase. Items that you exchange must be in the brand new and unworn or un-used condition as you received them in the original box. We do not guarantee wear and tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer. We do not accept multiple exchanges as our inventory is limited. Please include contact information (phone, email) in all exchange requests. Kindly contact us at for authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring your return shipment. Remember to save your receipt until you receive your refund from us. Please note that is unable to issue a credit or refund for any items damaged or lost on their way back to us, so take special care in packing your item.

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping charges. Return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to Damaged Items policy below.

Once our warehouse has received your returned merchandise, we will credit the original credit card used for your purchase within 21 business days. The refund will show up on your credit card billing statement within the next two billing cycles. No credits will be given for unauthorized returns.


When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.


If you return part of an order that received a discount and the remaining part of the order in your possession by itself would not qualify for the discount, we will recalculate the charges on your entire order to recover the discount before issuing your credit on returned goods.
